Cracked my screen the day before Christmas. The bottom 1/4 of the screen would flash black and had a pressure line through it. Today I called and they told me to come right in. They quoted me a screen price and told me about an hour of time to fix it. Randy was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He fixed my phone and before I left I asked about one of my spare phones that also has a cracked screen for a quote to fix it for a back up. I will definitely go back if I ever need a phone fixed! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and fast service!
I went to get the display replaced on my pixel 7 pro. This is what I received. The guy who fixed it put a patterned wallpaper on the phone to cover up his mistake. This is the second display he broke when trying to fix it. I went back today and got the run around from another guy covering for the guy who broke the second display. Do not go here unless you want ripped off and to be lied to about things being fixed properly. There are no more honest people in this world and everyone who can steal from you will steal from you.
Took my phone in for a badly cracked, broken screen. The employee showed me it was only the screen protector but it looked much worse and was very sharp. He could have lied to me and made money anyway. He chose to go the honest route. I would definitely go there for any repair! Very trustworthy and highly recommended!!!
Great work! I brought my daughter’s iPad in a couple months ago and was given a rough quote. (We weren’t prepared to fix it yet, just looking for quotes in the area). He was the most fairly priced place for the screen replacement. Fast forward to today, I was finally able to have the repair done, and it was done in no time! Mind you, my daughter’s screen was TERRIBLE. I truly didn’t think it could be fixed, but he did it! Everything works properly, and he was very kind and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Just took my phone in because the charging port wasnt working properly. They fixed the issued in a matter of like 2 mins and I was good to go. Very respectful too, highly recommend taking your devices here
My husband took his phone in to the Boardman store because it wouldn’t hold a charge. The employee fixed it quickly and was extremely courteous and helpful on a very busy day! Much appreciated! Will definitely return to this store.
Been doing business with them for a while especially considering todays phones.. They are absolutely amazing! I walked in and explained the situation thinking i was going to go days without a phone. They ordered the parts and fixed it the very next day! The workers are very Respectful and understanding, a huge help, always. I appreciate them so much.
Amazing service! I stopped by on Monday to get a new phone power button ordered and it was in by noon the next day! Not only that, but he was able to fix it in less than 20 minutes, and that's including the times he had to serve other customers that came into the store. It was also a lower price than what I was quoted at other local shops. I would come back in a heartbeat for any phone needs!
